I agree. I only have white doctors, dentists, hygienists, lawyers, etc. I want the best and brightest to do a job. Not the best DEI candidate which has zero to do with brains. I’m not racist. Affirmative action caused this type of thinking.

Not once have I ever doubted their qualifications or motivations.
However, DEI may change that for people, and it would be easy to understand why.
