What's this bitch gonna figure out she missed in 40 hours of deliberations?

It's 100% the Karen anti-freedom jury foreman who refuses to budge and is going to come back tomorrow to say she is the only one who understands the instructions because she studied them. No media member is trying to dox her because she's on their side.

I think she’s the lone holdout. Notice she didn’t request “they” as in the jurors be allowed to take home a copy of the jury instructions, she asked that “she” as in singular be allowed to take them home. That tells me it’s her vs them. She’s separated herself from the rest of the jury with that request

The judge already said they are not allowed to deliberate at all outside the jury room. Seems inconsistent.

Is there any other verification of this? Jack Posobiec seems to just throw shite against the wall and see what sticks.

I think this judge is just basking in the attention, spinnin' yarns of past trials and yuckin' it up for the cameras.

If I didn't know better, the prosecution tanked this case, outright. The judge got so angry that he was on the verge to call a mistrial. Had every right in the book to do so too, then he got ' the phone call.'. Ever since then, it's been one big ' who cares, it doesn't matter anymore ' with the judge.

He's on the take. 100%

Either the jury has some liberals who are desperate to convict, or the jury is scared of the mob and working out the best way to convict.

You mean other than the live video we all watched where this played out in real time? Absolutely no verification at all. Just Jack throwing shite against the wall…..

Just 2 days ago he claimed to hear from a US Marshall that the vote was 10-2.

I was thinking that and went back and relistened and she definitely said "I" when asking to take them home.

"Can I take the jury instructions home." versus "Can we..." which would be more expected. Definitely asked for only her benefit.

I'm no Posobeic sycophant, but nothing has come out to show that statement incorrect.

You'd think considering the horrific description of right wing domestic terrorists painted by the left, the January 6th types, that any leftists on the jury would be similarly scared of guilty votes. This is one instance where it should work favorably. Theoretically speaking.

I don’t understand the hate for Poso on this board. Dude appears to be fighting the good fight and has had sources break big stories.

If there was ANY chance that it was valid it would be an automatic mistrial. Plus, there is no reason for a US Marshall to know since it isn't a federal case.

Another thought; If the mystery voice we have heard a couple times is the foreman, the fact she did not say "we" versus "I" when asking to take the instructions home is doubly interesting.

And in fact may be argument that she is not the foreman, but rather a self important Karen that inserts herself everywhere.

Oh, so after the prosecution withholding and fabricating evidence didn’t result in a mistrial you think that would finally do the trick?

No, it wouldn't.

And to think there is no Federal presence in that courthouse is laughable. He doesn't need to be carrying the notes from the jury to hear what is going on. I guarantee there are rumors floating around a number of people in that courthouse.

Saying that, I take everything Posobeic says with a grain of salt.
