Richards: "We did 2 mock juries, 1 with Kyle testifying and 1 without, and our side was markedly better when Kyle testified. And truth is, in Wisconsin it's more likely to be convicted if the defendant doesn't take the stand."

Have been away from the coverage. Has there been a discussion re: why it took so long for not guilty? Just seems odd.
