How many more would have been killed in the fires and mayhem planned by the skateboarder and the child molester?

frick you and your bitchass.

The mayor and governor and rioters are far more culpable than a 17-year-old.

The thing he is most guilty of is poor decision-making. Should not have been walking around in that charged atmosphere with an AR. I wish some adult around him would have told him to go home or at least unsling arms. Too fricking young to be playing big boy games. He is neither military trained nor does he possess military discipline.

Says a guy who will cower under bed while his neighborhood burns.

Unless he can prove membership in an actual organized militia. Federal law allows 17 year olds to be members if I recall correctly.

It’s like they never seen the videos .

Wait so the one we all agree is the most iffy is the lesser homicide, but the two on clear video where he shoots guys in the process of attacking him with deadly weapons are murder one/attempted murder one?

The hell?

Oh, hell yes you can sue the DA's office. Malicious prosecution. Once he is acquitted, he should sue the city as well because everyone knows they are going to defame him along with the major networks. CNN will never learn their lesson. There is a reason why Wood is representing him.

All these faux detectives, DA's and criminally compliant political operatives need to be doxed and brought under intense legal scrutiny.

Nothing else's that Sherrif is a communist Bolshevik and needs keel hauling.

I'd argue if they are charging him for the first 5 as and adult, they have to throw that one out.

You can't be a minor and and an adult at the same time.

But I'm sure Down the Middle Centrist Hank will inform me otherwise. After all he is an attorney.

If you're charging him as an adult, the under 18 years of age charge is questionable.

This is how they get him a not guilty on charge 6.

White, black, yellow, or brown. If you don't want to get shot in the back 7 times by the cops don't resist arrest then go rooting around under your car seat like you are getting a gun.

I do agree these charges don’t appear to have merit but I hear people say there will be a payday. Who would that be from and based on what?

This is ripe for some kind of plea.

This is ripe for a summary judgement of dismissal of the first five charges.

Possibly a plea on count six.

It's interesting. Do you think the DA is a sentient being and is overcharging to make sure the kids is found not guilty?

So he is either grandstanding which will hurt when he gets knocked down or he doesn't want the kids found guilty of some lesser charge.
