There absolutely should be. Crimes were committed. The American People suffered. Livelihoods, lives, relationships, community . . . ALL LOST due to the greed and power lust of some very dark and malicious figures. YES!!! Punishment is warranted.

I would think the immunity revolved around side effects

Which they never advertised. I'd think if there are adverse effects of the vaccines and they weren't made public, like all other drugs are forced to, then someone is going to answer for that.

No you can't. I have been here for over 15 years and don't exclusively post on one board the moment I register.

Can that immunity be reversed after the fact though?

I would think any immunity deal could be tossed out if one or both parties entered into it not in good faith. In other words if you know the product you are producing is dangerous and intentionally hide that fact from the government in order to secure a deal worth billions, that’s not acting in good faith. Likewise if both parties in this case knew the drug was dangerous and went ahead with it anyway and used immunity to intentionally shield the parties from liability that’s also not in good faith.

What’s wrong with pharmaceutical ads? I agree with everything else though

The ad money is what keeps the media hostage into never criticizing big pharma. Has nothing to do with influencing people to ask their doctor to prescribe something. That almost never happens ever.

Think about it carefully. Why is the news media so hardcore against “misinformation”?

Go after companies that forced employees to be vaccinated or be terminated

That’s not really and truly giving someone a choice

I'll give it a shot, Trump does hold some blame. Mainly for listening to Fauci. Someone he probably thought he could somewhat trust. Everything he did during covid was directly given to him by Fauci. Again, remember when Trump had to deal with it there was no data out there on the virus, they were blind at that point and didn't know if it was another spanish flu or a simple cold. He was flying in the dark, the Biden admin didn't have that luxury and actually knew it wasn't that bad and continued with the terrible policy.

I think the bigger issue was the continuation of all of the masking, forced vaxing etc after the pharma industry saw they could make a quick big lick off the vaxes.

The continuation for over a year after Trump was out after we finally had real data backing up that Covid wasn't the killer it was originally thought to be was the biggest issue in my mind, that and the forced mandates from the Biden admin. The Biden admin tried to use OSHA to force any company with over 100 employees to get vaxed or fired (that is absolutely crazy). Thankfully, the supreme court stepped in and declared it unconstitutional.

He needs to look at the revenue dollars. It's MASSIVE. It's the no.1 money stream for the networks.
