We have a couple of his pillows and we sleep on one of his mattress toppers.

I'm a side/back sleeper with a deviated septum.My Pillow allows me to make adjustments so I can breath easier. I have the firm XL and love it.

I like the sheets, but I only had them a few months.
No fading of the colors so far.
They do as some people say breathe which really means does not hold the humidity in which makes sleeping more comfortable.
I do have the firm std pillows and it been 90 days so far so good.

I'm not sure why this is in the Poli Board...but here's my take;
It's just an overpriced pillow. I bought one in college (way before he became a political figurehead) and didn't understand what the big deal was.

My advice is to get the one with firm fill. The soft and medium fill flattens out too much for my taste. Good products overall though.
