If the answer is no she wouldn't, how is this not race-based justice?
She ignored the findings of the grand jury. She ignored the testimony of the two Nigerians. She ignored the wishes of the Chicago Police Dept. Even the liberal mayor of Chicago wanted Smolett prosecuted.
Is there one person on this board who thinks this turns out this way of Smolett were white?

Disagree. A black conservative faking a hate crime would’ve got the book thrown at him. A white progressive gay celebrity probably gets the same treatment as Jussie.

Agree with this. It's less about race and more about political leanings, IMHO. Liberals won this round, but not without smearing themselves.
