Perhaps this graphic is skewed by the disparity in the political remarks of athletes? Also, how is it "PC" for Republicans to be bothered about hearing politics in areas that are generally regarded to be politically neutral? It stands to reason, that anyone is inclined to be bothered to hear someone lecture them about politics when they are expecting to be in an entertainment reprieve. There's nothing PC about that at all.
Do you ever think critically?
Being bothered or annoyed with something is very different than ostracizing people for not using language that you prefer or altering acceptable dialogue due to terms and narratives that you don't like.
Really this is just an all around fail of a post.

Checked out a Kaepernick thread?

snowflake irony is snowflake irony.

Who are the "athletes making political statements"?

Yes they call other people snowflakes yet they are deeply offended when someone on tv expresses a political opinion they don't like.
The left so desperately wants to turn the snowflake moniker around. It has damaged them immensely. The problem is they still don't understand it or why it resonates against their neck bearded base.

There is nothing wrong with thinking it is inappropriate for athletes and entertainers who gain popularity through sports or entertainment to use their fan base as a captive audience for poorly developed political opinions.
They are paid to dance for my entertainment. That's it.

There is a difference between getting upset because something hurt your feelings and getting annoyed because morons think you give a shite about their opinions.
Sorry you are too stupid to understand this.

For most people, its not about the political statement itself. Its about the fact that we want to watch 250 lb dudes violently hit each other and destroy their brains for our entertainment, instead of getting lectured by people making more money than we will in a lifetime

Tons. From RG3 and his Jesus shirt a few years back to Lebron, Kapernick and others protesting police brutality. There's literally too many to count.

It's usually the black ones that draw the most ire, not surprisingly.

Considering that black athletes comprise a majority, it's not surprising.

Only because the white ones (ala Curt Schilling) receive the double standard treatment.
