That is a meaningless bromide unless we know what you support.

So what are your values?

What past Presidential candidates “best represented” your values prior to Trump?

I decided not to vote for Trump in July. Before he hid behind the Capital police for a photo op in front of a church, that was it. I knew then that he was a fraud. He had my full support before then.

The Republican Party is never going to beat the dems on a national level if 20 million or more trump supporters walk off

That is correct, I voted for Tump in November and did not vote in the special election on Tuesday. The Democrats tell you what they are going to do. The Republicans just lie and pretend they actually stand for something. They are useless

So what are your values?

Pro-Life #1
Balanced Budget #2
Non-Intervision #3
Small Government #4

GJ in 16 as a protest vote, Trump in 20 as I held my nose since he's 2/4.

The left is horrific, but somehow Trump managed to outflank them.

Amazing.

I plan on remaining a Republican and voting for anybody that is a working stiff.

In short, frick the polls, go with the average baw that actually is conservative.

Just my .02.

ETA:
I am MAGA and not a Never-Trumper.
I just wanted to chime in anyway. Peace.

If the Republicans could manage to nominate someone who isn’t a belligerent madman, they would have a chance to flip the more moderate Democrats like myself. And that is a two-for-one deal because the Democrats lose a vote while the Republicans gain one. The previous poster who stated that the Democrats will screw it up is correct. They always do. I would consider voting Republican, but I would never vote for someone like Trump. The GOP won plenty of elections before him.

If Republicans want an outsider/business man, then find one that is an actual business man and not a con man. A candite with at least some integrity.

It’s been said plenty of times, Democrats will over reach and screw this up. They always do.

I am a nearly 40 year Republican. I loathe RINO’s and Never Trumpers. Often, they demonstrate no soul in the face of adversity. They just take a high road principled position that gets nothing accomplished.
