I was pointing out that even if they were supposedly closed, the MPD didn't do a very good job of it.

Tell you what, in the spring of 2015, I went to work at a nuclear plant northeast of Minneapolis. I stayed in a town called Brooklyn Center, at a Extended Stay America. That place was full of Somalis. They made such a racket, every night, I had to move out of that hotel. I went to Easter Mass at a church near that town. The head dresses the women wore at that Mass was an absolute explosion of color. Apparently, quite a few of the Africans in that area are Catholic. I was glad to get out of that hotel. It was absolutely crazy. I moved to a hotel in a town called Maple Grove. Much more peaceful, and closer to the job. My only experience with “my people” in the Twin Cities area.
