Is this the first Nation to Nation attack on a country that has nuclear weapons?
I know Pakistan has them, but any action there has been against separatist groups and not the country itself.
Seems like a bold move by Iran.

The A-10 warthog would seem to be an excellent platform for knocking down drones, esp when control of airspace by the newest fighters is not an issue

This is a face saving move by Iran. Think about it, they gave Israel, Jordan the US and UK a multi hour heads up. They are seriously unserious with this.

I could definitely see the top leaders of Hezbollah and Iran discussing Hezbollah staying quiet, but it would absolutely shock me if every single one of their minions holds back. Those guys are on twitter and seeing the news hours ago too, you can’t hide all of them from it. It just seems like too good of an opportunity for them to pass up.
