Bro, you and the Taliban need to get a room.
Yes, we would again destroy them. You have to be trolling. No way are you serious.

Lol so you think we'd just have to grin and bear an outright attack on American citizens only because they caught us off guard and got the best of us with this withdrawal. We're just gonna have to hang our heads and walk away. In that case, someone let the Taliban know they're welcome to do whatever they want to us, another 9/11 or even worse, because we can't and won't do anything in return. All because of the disorganized nature of this withdrawal. I think you need to reread this back and forth conversation and reflect on what you're insinuating. According to you America is a sitting duck right now for anyone to have their way with us.
I would have to say that you aren't American due to your steadfast opinion that we should not have unleashed the full force of the US Military on the Taliban after 9/11.
I think just about everyone thought it was the right thing to do after 9/11 to attack them, except for maybe you.
As far as us being the victors and the Taliban just hoping beyond hope that the American soldiers will leave them in peace, that's a crock.
They beat the frick out of us just as assuredly as did the North Vietnamese. They won, man. What don't you understand?

If you still think they were responsible you’re as gullible as they come

I'd like to ask you a question. Which military personnel, at this moment, look weak and ineffectual and incompetent? Oh, I'm sure it is as you allude to and all Taliban members are quaking in the sandals at the thought of American troops suddenly engaging them, but, it just doesn't seem that way right now does it?
The US military hasn't won a conflict in my life and I'm 50 years old. Politicians influence the ROE that cripple our troops. DC has sold us out.
If we'd let them shoot on sight with the purpose of winning the conflict instead of letting the MIC make billions and giving govt contracts to nation build it would be a different story.

You're seriously crazy. Speaking of being an American, weren't you the guy yesterday disparaging our military from top to bottom, even enlisted men and women? Seems to me you simply have a very negative view of the military irregardless of any of this Afghanistan withdrawal blunder business. That's pretty unfortunate and is clearly coloring your opinions here. Plain and simple.

You know, everyone has a reason for losing and placating themselves with the knowledge they could have won if only they had wanted to win.
As the Hittite empire, a society that made mighty Egypt bow down to the ground in subservience to them, thought the God's were punishing them later in their history as the Early Greeks/Sea Peoples ravaged their land.
They blamed the God's of War for their destruction, not their own weakness. Sound familiar? It should, because everyone has a reason for losing.

WTTotalF? Destroy them? Is this a joke? The United States destroyed a group of people who just beat us after 20 years of conflict?
I don't know if you are a serious poster or not due to my newness here but, you don't seem real or honest.

There's always a reason for losing. If you don't address it then you will continue to lose.

You have ridiculous reasoning skills. I have a very negative view of a military that doesn't have the skill or ability to win a war; that much is true.
As far as the innocent men and women in our military who haven't been trained properly and aren't strong enough to beat goat herders, I have no issue with them at all.
They are at the mercy of those who train them and teach them how to fight. What am I supposed to say when they are beaten in outright combat by, again, goat-herders?

Yes I can definitely tell that you are new here. I'd reconsider hanging around. We don't like wrongness.

Really? The Taliban and ISIS are just pushovers, like little kids with BB guns I suppose. Why haven't we just eliminated them already? Why haven't the American troops just walked through the city calmly loading up the American citizens if there is no danger?
There is a huge difference between chasing down the Taliban in the mountains vs taking control of a city for a few days.

We have exactly 10 days until the 31st. We need a minimum of 1,000 Americans extracted daily and that will probably still miss a few.
The UK military is leaving in less than 48 hours so the situation is going to get even worse.

Is something wrong with you? You seem to living in a fairy-tale world where your thoughts about things matter more than reality.
Reality - The United States was beaten and could not do what it took to win due to weakness and incompetence and perhaps lack of fighting skill among its military.
You- We won and they know it and they better be very careful about how they behave or the United States will wade right back into battle with them and win this time, like for sure.

we need to go in now, with everything and everyone and take them out while they are in the streets.
Posted on 8/21/21 at 6:29 pm to Jack Carter
There's no way this is true. Biden says Americans can get to the airport just fine because he talked to the tolly bahn

It's just basically a handful of Taliban actually in the city of Kabul. The great majority of them are still waiting in their caves, which are actually luxury homes in Pakistan, and BIDEN their time for full takeover.

You've come way too hot and way too hyper and way too bad takes. Just work on it some more and perhaps at some point you might not be met with nearly across the board dismissiveness. Those are notably bad takes you have there, I not going to sugar coat it for you.
