The country that you are describing is called Saudi Arabia. They have a King, their laws are based on religion, women don't really have rights, public beheadings. Hell, they have public stonings for women that are accused of infidelity. Now the downside, Health care in Saudi Arabia can be classified as a national health care system in which the government provides health care services. So you would have to fix that shite. Cause we know that ain't happening! Am I right,boys!?!?! LMAO! Some of you people are dumb as hell.

Here is a SIMPLE one.
You pay taxes you get to vote.
You get refunds - you don't get to vote.
Why should those that do not contribute to this society...... have any say in how it functions?
PS - "refunds" is not a best phrase here, some pay $10,000 over the course of the year through paychecks, and then get a $1000 refund... Still paid $9k in taxes --- you deserve a voice.
Leaches and parasites..... should fight for the scraps --- not select the entree.

The quiz would be generated randomly from a pool of thousands of questions comprised of current political, basic constitutional and government policy. (Imagine the questions being of the same difficulty of questions for a US citizenship test) The time allotted would be 30 seconds, you either know the answers or you guess. There could be other categories for consideration but the bottom line, before you can pull that lever, push that button or blacken the circle you have to get 2 out of 5 correct. It will be easy enough that the person who can't get two right has proven they're not part of an informed society and have no right or business voting.

I wholeheartedly agree but also realize this will never happen. I am in favor of individuals receiving more than one vote and being able to trade votes.

Until you come up with a better system that is proven to work better than the present system, you have to keep the current system and try to make it more inclusive like Trump is trying to do. Capitalism and Democracy are the best economic and political solutions human civilization has created up until this point in time.
