She hit him as he had drawn on her. The first shot is fired almost directly in line with when she hits him with the vehicle.

This is best video for a clear showing the events that transpired (except for the officer being hit by the vehicle) - and it all occurs within about 5 seconds.

She is stopped, blocking the road

Side officer approaches and tells her to exit vehicle

Front officer approaches and stands in front of vehcile

As the video begins, she is reversing course (between 0:00 and 0:05), at 0:05 she comes to a stop.

At 0:06, she turns her tires directly forward (in direct path of the officer in front of her vehicle).

At 0:06, the front officer begins to draw his weapon - perfectly reasonable considering she was commanded to stop, reversed and was now position to hit him with the vehicle.

At 0:06-0:07 we also see the tires spin out - all while facing the direct path of the officer - rebutting the argument that her tires were facing to the right when she began to accelerate.

Between 0:07-0:08, she moves directly toward the officer in the front of the vehicle (again her tires are not pointed right)

At 0:09-0:10, we see the front officer jump out of the way of the vehicle as the vehicle moves directly toward him, his gun already drawn and aimed. While not clear in this video, the video below taken from the roof of the house on the same side of the street shows that Good did physically hit the officer as she pulled forward during this segment.

It's only at 0:12 of this video that her tires begin to point to the right and she accelerates out. It is at that point, while still moving backwards from being stuck by the vehicle, that the officers fires at Good. The bullet entered the front windshield of her vehicle,.

Two more shots are fired between 0:13 and 0:17 as she accelerates off but still within arm's reach of the officer.



This second video, taken from a neighbor's house, shows the vehicle hitting the front officer at 0:04. You can also listen as the gunshot (first of three) occurs almost instantaneously with him being hit.
