Why do you think the first ICEhole didn't arrest her if she was doing something illegal? He just continuously walked around her vehicle, filming with his phone until the other two ICEholes showed up.

Wasn't this all the claims about Cops need Body cams?
If the cop was trying to do something that was not his job why would he be filming.
ICE knows they need to record these incidents for the protection of their officers.
