Which way is her wheel turned at that point? To the left, correct? So if she intended on hitting the officer, she would have to pull back to the right? Just like she was video'd doing, By that same officer? And within 3 seconds of her "wife" taunting the officer

She turned to the right, because her wheels were turned to the left during her reverse.
When the office got in front of her car, she turned her wheels toward him, looked directly at him (not at his SUV that you claimed she was likely trying to avoid), gunned the engine, hit him, and then turned more to the right after being shot

The big picture is that she was in the wrong. He was justified in shooting her.

It's not absurd at all given her actions before turning to the right.
I forget all of the neuro-terms, but it takes time once your brain decides to pull a trigger for the action to occur. Your target can take an action during that time that changes how the shoot looks, but the decision was made under different circumstances. You discover someone in your home, they're coming towards you, they see your gun and turn around and you shoot them in the back because you'd already committed. Legality aside, your intent was never to shoot them in the back and if their back was turned the entire time you might have let them leave, but that's not what happened.
In most self defense shootings the person with the gun is reacting. They're always going to be "behind" the person who initiates, and she initiated.

Thanks, I agree with all that. The ICE agent was justified in shooting her because he reasonably feared for his life. He won't be criminally prosecuted.
I was responding to the assertion that Good only turned to the right AFTER she got shot. The agent's video shows that she is turning the steering wheel to the right BEFORE she got shot.
