Was Reiner really scheduled to meet with the Obama’s the day they died?

The damage pieces of shite like Reiner did to this country can’t be reversed.
Meathead was pushing the liberal agenda with Archie Bunker standing up to him. Bunker was characterized as old thought.
Yes, it was certainly a program that programmed.

There sure is a LARGE collection of shrill defenders of that piece of shite Rob Reiner in this "echo chamber".

There's more to this story. Not sure what it is, but it's not as simple as his son being drug fueled and deciding to murder them.

Has anyone defended him? I haven’t noticed any. He was a shrill left wing loon who obviously was damaged in childhood. I find it hard to be angry at a guy like that; I felt sorry for him, though.

Okay so I actually watched the footage of Al Franken and Billy Chrystal(sp?) roasting RR and maybe I owe you guys an apology.
That was pretty nasty stuff.
Woody Allen, Roman Polanski, and Rob Reiner - did they all feel entitled to take liberties given their influence and living legend status?
Comedy is quite often used to reveal or confess - you kind find numerous professionals who can explain why.

It’s the q crowd, there’s nothing they won’t fall for.

Yes, comedy often serves as a "confessional" tool. Comedians use humor to process guilt or shame by packaging uncomfortable truths into jokes, which makes the admission feel safer for both the performer and the audience.
By framing a moral failing or embarrassing secret as a punchline, they gain control over the narrative and find catharsis through public validation.
So two intimate friends (Al Franken and Billy Crystal) both joke about child rape with multiple partners through two generations of Reiners (Carl and Rob), comparing him to both Woody Allen and Roman Polanski, and that's supposed to mean nothing?
I 100% apologise to the OP and the qtards for ignoring their content and lazily downvoting without watching their evidence.

I present a theory:
The Menendez Brothers doc came out last year. Nick Reiner (who had been doing well for the past 7 or so years) watched it. It sent him spiraling, because he was (or thinks he was) abused in the same ways that the MB were. He is constantly fighting with his parents about it. They tell him he's crazy. But now Nick is back on drugs and angry again. He's further tortured by the fact that the only way he can earn a living is through connections to his father.
The drama eventually reaches its crescendo over the past weekend, and Nick did exactly what the Menendez brothers did - blew up publicly (Nick at a Hollywood party and the Menendez brothers at some school event or tennis event). Then he did what they did to their parents. Later that same evening, he killed both his father (for the act or perceived act) and then his mother (for allowing it to happen or for him to perceive it happened). Nick will play that role further in his trial which will also resemble the Netflix doc.
As an added benefit, Nick's performance in court and ultimate acquittal from a jury can help get the Menendez Brothers released from prison (that would be his redemption angle and his "why" that convinced him to commit this heinous act).

I ran across the footage of Al Franken roasting him and making some rather perverse comments about his (Rob's) father crawling into bed with him (to put it nicely). Al Franken is a creepy ol' homo lecher. I couldn't stomach watching even a full minute of it.
