So we have about 80 million on psych drugs and about 80 million Biden voters.

Coincidence???

quote:

Because the rates of mental illness have been growing, along with the influence from Big Pharma, there are nearly 80 million Americans who are currently on psychiatric drugs.

That's why they don't want you smoking the reefers. 80 million's not enough for them.

Don’t know if SSRI’s are included in this category, but research this year showed they were ineffective, and that the level of serotonin in the brain didn’t effect Depression. How many people were put on Prozac and Zoloft …..$$$$$$$ for the drug companies….

Probably around 25% of psych Rx prescriptions are for “off label” uses.

Even so, we definitely have a mental health crisis.

And perhaps because of the following perversity:

Americans are being told by the media, companies, their government, international governments and international quasi-governments (e.g. the WHO) that they should avoid eating whole animal foods and, instead, be eating highly processed mono-crop "vegetables" and related industrial seed oils...almost as a moral decision.

This hideous diet - with certainty - plays a huge role in people being huge fatasses with mental problems.

I think it is truly distressing - and have no idea how to combat it.

That’s where it’s at, Scrub. For sure. But macro dosing reaps the best rewards, as opposed to micro dosing, and that’s all I’m gonna say about that.

Oh, I'm aware. With the proper set and setting, one can get incredible work done with a macro dose.

That's how it got reported but it was not what was shown in studies. The studies showed they couldn't explain the mechanism for efficacy, but the reporting translated that into "they do nothing!"

There is no such thing as a chemical imbalance and SSRI’s do nothing for mental illness.

I’ve been telling ya for years the biggest challenge to saving our constitutional republic is mass mental illness, much of that mental illness is untreated TDS.

I got in an argument with a friend of mine who is a PhD and specializes in infectious diseases...I told her the illicit drug use problem (including prescription abuse) far surpassed the ramifications of COVID. She disagreed not because she's a moron but because she thinks her career is the center of the universe.
