Just Facts’ conclusions confront both sides in the illegal voting debate: those who say it happens a lot and those who say the problem nonexistent.

I don't doubt for a millisecond that illegals vote, but, c'mon, that is a pretty wide margin. Those numbers sound like something I could make up.

It's all subjective anyway. This guy has chosen equations in order to manipulate the core data to support his argument. Such methodology would not survive any real scrutiny. That's why it's not published in a peer-reviewed journal and is just political puffery

Truly, I don't understand how an illegal can vote.
My entire life I have had to show a state-issued ID, which is then matched to my valid voter registration at that precinct.
If states are allowing people to vote without valid registrations, the fed should step in and charge them for having to run national elections.
This is unacceptable. The foundation of our country is free, but accurate, elections.

There are two different ways:
identity theft
in person voter fraud
legally issued drivers licenses to illegal people
There is a huge industry of stealing social security numbers, but what are they stolen for? Often times, they are sold to illegal immigrants who use those social security numbers to get federal entitlements like WIC, SNAP, Section 8, and Medicare/Medicaid. They also use those social security numbers to register to vote and enroll their children in school.
The second way is in person voter fraud. Democrat allied "community organizing" operations will get lists of voter rolls and find those who are dead or have moved out of state, but are still registered. They then have illegal voters (or people who have already voted) show up at the polls, claim to be those people, use the legal loopholes available to avoid showing an ID (there are many, even in Louisiana), and vote under those identities.
Many states, like California, will issue drivers licenses to illegal immigrants. In California, it is routine for them to also issue a voter registration card to anyone applying for a first time driver's license. No one receiving the voters registration checks to ensure the driver is a citizen, so they get registered. Once they have registered, they're free to vote.
