Not so fast.
Oral arguments at the 5th circuit earlier this month didn't go well for ObamaCare and they look poised to agree with the district court in striking it down.
ObamaCare depended on the tax penalty survive and without it, it was just unworkable, unconstitutional and has to be thrown out.
John Roberts will have a hell of a time trying to weasel his way out of that logic.
