Harry Reid was the Senate Majority leader for a period while Obama was President.

If RBG truly want to keep her spot and radical as her she could have retied when the opportunity was there.

Her "dying wish" is bullshite.

For this exact reason, Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito should both retire asap as well. Get some young 40-50 year old conservatives on the bench in their places to lock down SCOTUS for 30 more years.

Fast forward and imagine Trump (hopefully) wins reelection. Let's say he replaces Thomas and Alito and then Breyer dies (he's 82 now so it's not out of the question). Trump's single greatest legacy, regardless of whatever else he does, would be locking down the SCOTUS for the conservatives for 30 more years.

Trump could possibly replace 6 - SIX - SCOTUS judges. 6 of the 9. Let that sink in.

I think the plan was for Hillary, as president, to nominate a replacement. The media spectacle of the first, brave woman president nominating a brave woman to replace a radical, brave woman would have been enormous. It would have helped usher in "the future is female" bs.

No doubt her dying wish is a Liberal Progressive Utopia.

This underscores the false confidence the left placed in Hillary. They knew damn well RBG's time was limited. They changed the rules, expecting to control the senate and have Hillary be the pres in order to replace RBG. Now the rules they set are biting them straight on the cornhole. Republicans didn't write these rules, they're just playing by them.

And, if there is any truth to the idea that Roberts could be ties to Epstein, he may decide to step down giving Trump 7 of the 9.

RGB was foolish, she believed the polls saying Hillary would win. Thats why she stayed.
Polls fooled her, not me however.

I honestly think this is just what the liberals are promoting to justify RBG's selfishness. She wanted to die in that seat. It was hers and she wasn't going to be gotten out of it while she could breath.

She is the poster child for some type of Supreme Court term limit. Maybe, 25 years or age 75, whichever comes first.
