Let’s be real...RBG has been in failing health for years. She could have retired under Obama and ensured liberal continuity on the court. Instead she was stubborn and wanted to die on the bench.
This is truth.
She deprived the demo rats a seat by not retiring.
My speculation is she wanted to be replaced by a woman president because everyone thought Hillary would win.

If it had been a conservative judge we would have known how close to death he was, the media hid this from the public.

It’s one of the least curable high death rate she was over 80 years old, she was going to die soon no matter what

Unlike many here, I have a lot of respect for RBG.
Don't agree with many of her rulings or positions, but at least she is intellectually honest. E.g., she is a huge women's rights advocate, but openly states Roe v Wade was badly rendered. She has been uniquely publically supportive of Kavanaugh and Gorsuch as court members. More so TTBOMK than anyone but Thomas.
News reports said the medical team needed to insert a Biliary stent, a small tube to keep her common bile duct open. That insinuates local spread or encroachment of tumor. I believe they also said it had not metastasized elsewhere.
Sounds like Stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer.
As I posted a couple of days ago, it's a bad disease.
Not my area of expertise, but a 6-12 month prognosis would sound about right.

Just like the media not questioning Biden's health. Nominee's health has always been a talking point in past elections, even some media raised a few questions about Clinton's health, but no major media outlet has said jackshit about Biden's health. Tells me all I need to know about "Say it ain't so Joe." He can't.

If you have ever seen anyone go through pancreatic cancer you would not wish it on your worst enemy. When my grandmother was diagnosed she hung on for 6 months and was 67 and it was fricking vicious. It is fricking disgusting that some people are blaming her death on the couple whose wedding she officiated. It is also disgusting what the Democrats are doing by astroturfing this "honor her wish" non sense. I am sure it was known by many in DC that she had pancreatic cancer and her time was really short. I don't believe she said that given her previous statements about court packing ,and the fact within an hour after her death they had signs made and were on the court house.
