If she actually said this then where's the recording?

Her family, constituents, sympathisers could all be making this crap up and prolly are.

Shenanigan's...

It was probably true. Even in death, libs like to contradict themselves.

We are a nation of laws not wishes.

She died with the screaming red arse knowing Trump is going to replace her with a conservative.

Even if she did, so what?

A dying person's last words are not the basis for choosing Supreme Court justices. The Constitution gives the President the right/duty to choose. He does not have to consult a single soul if he doesn't want to.

He could nominate mtntiger, and if that's his choice then so be it.

If RBG wanted a say in who replaced her, she should have stepped down under obama. She took a gamble and lost. Her dying wish has zero relevance on how the seat is filled

It doesn’t matter if she said it. It’s totally irrelevant.

We're talking about the Constitution, not the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

If I’m dying, I’m telling the docs to crank up the morphine. I’m not uttering altruisms or ‘fervent last wishes’ about who’s taking my job.

Who cares if she said it.

The SCOTUS isn’t similar to the NorKo Kim dynasty.

Too bad "Dying Wishes" aren't protected in the Constitution.

What difference does it make? Whether she said it or not, her supposed dying wish doesn’t supersede established law. Her dying wish is really interesting if you’re making a Hallmark movie. As far as selecting a new justice, it means nothing. It’s embarrassing that it’s even being discussed.

It doesn't matter if it was recorded. We don't care about the dying wish of an evil bitch.

If you've ever seen someone die from the type of cancer RBG had, there is no "dying wish".

Just a death rattle.

It isn't an easy way to go.

If she had integrity, she would have resigned when she knew she was going to die. No, instead, she hoped to quietly hang on to see if she could make it to election day even though she could no longer do the job she was appointed to do.
