Enjoyed it - he needs to learn to control the crowd. They set the tone and tempo of that speech and it was getting old. Command will come with time and experience.

It was a 4 - I saw that politicos reporters all gave it very high marks. It has to be judged for what it was - and he wrote every word of it - which is impressive. Sarah Palin’s speech was considered a 5+ and what good did it do.

This^^^^ is where I'm at, but because we had Pence in Trumps first term Vance seems so much better equipped to carry the America First /MAGA baton after Trump is gone. I'm still holding out hope for DeSantis too.
