His own state has pretty much disowned him so not really. That's what he gets for playing fast and loose with Arkansas taxpayer resources to do whatever he wanted in the 80s. Not to mention he harbored a homeless camp at the UofA while in college in some kind of drug addled drunk anti Vietnam protest.

Every region has crazy women and gullible black folk. But you also have to remember he ran against CIA Bushy and establishment BOB, so not like there was a whole lot to get excided about on the other side

He's only brought up in jokes. You might even hear sympathy for him because Hillary is his wife. But no, nobody "likes" him.
