Your defense of Putin is that he has bomb shelters for his people? That’s a new level of stupid lol. Let’s get a couple things straight, the US has never really been invaded but Russia has been twice in the last century. The US government built or used preexisting facilities as bomb shelters during the Cold War for the public. Y’all complain about government spending but we desperately need tax payer funded bomb shelters
