Its more satisfying than it should be to imagine that guy running away, ignoring the 50 or so lawful commands he was given by multiple cops, all the while thinking, "They ain't gon' do shite, they ain't gon' do shite..." right up to the split second that his ticket was punched.

Can't see the Embed but....
The first problem is that it's Pueblo which automatically puts it into; "shithole" level for a town.
The second issue to remember is that there's absolutely no acceptable reason to pull off I-25 at any exit that takes you into Pueblo. I don't care if you're on the last inch of gas; run out and walk to Trinidad or Colorado Springs before setting foot in Pueblo.
