Well, I wish they would and the crack to go with it. All you want , bucket fulls on the corner at every one of the homeless areas. Meth , heyron and fentanyl too. All you can walk off with. At least I would know that my tax dollars are going towards culling out some of the trash rather than throwing it away on useless programs.
