I've heard of povidone-iodine nasal spray.

The mixture has to be diluted. Also, ensure the betadine you’ve got is cleared for oral use/gargle. There is some preparation with phenol mix that should be avoided. Get 1 ml of Betadine (10% Providone Iodine) add 20mls of sterile water. Put the solution into a small nasal spray bottle. 2 sprays each nose, three times a day (morning, right after lunch, and before reaching home). Simple, safe, and may well be protective. Stings a little but that’s all.

Do you have a reputable site where I can buy it? They say 80mg dose, but most are are higher than that. Plus, I’m not sure of which companies are reputable. Thanks!

I'm glad this was bumped because I am always looking for natural defense mechanisms for fighting Covid and will look at your suggestion here Gumbo. I am proudly unvaxxed and my Vitamin regimen has worked on Covid for two years running now, even after tending to my daughter who has had Omicron since last Friday. I felt strongly beforehand that I was barking up the right tree and now I can say I have been right in the line of fire and STILL been asymptomatic!

That said, it is tragic that so many folks have just bought into the lies of the media/lefty politicians/pop culture to not do research and see if there was a way to thwart the effects of Covid naturally, all along. How many lives would have been saved potentially and how much less of a societal upheaval could we have had if people just stepped slightly outside the big pharma/AMA box? Really, I am here to tell you there is something to these natural remedies. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Furthermore, I would say that by fighting Covid as I have in the form of Vitamins...this is in many cases a catch all in that other benefits can be derived for your health as well from fighting other illnesses to increased energy/metabolism...the sky is the limit. Maybe just maybe enough people will endeavor to read studies and stories from those of us who have had great results and spread the word. It does take some effort and expenditures but how much is your health worth in that regard? Don't be spoon fed...be intellect led...study up and come up with a plan of action!!!

I tried but it leaves a terrible after taste and "burp" taste.

This is common with certain fish oils as well. I am not sure about these cumin seeds pills but upon what you said, I am going to search for "enteric coated" varieties. I know with fish oil caps, the enteric coated variety solved the fish burp issue for me...perhaps the same applies here. Time to go looking!

There are studies showing Xlear nasal spray is effective in killing or reducing viral pathogens, including C-19. It’s used like a saline spray so you can do it multiple times per day. My family has used it for years.

How would you define mild?

And this is how we win. Shared anecdotal experiences and honest personal disclosure of natural therapeutic options.

Mrs. Speckhunter, no pics, is an RN and has been around this shite every day since it started. Mr. Speckhunter works among people every day as well. Both non-vaxed and both no C-19.

We have been taking most of the vitamins, etc discussed on here and we haven't had a cold in a couple of years.
I hunt every chance I get so I am out in the cold and rain quite often. I also sit and read/unwind in the sunshine on those beautiful days. Still, only the sniffles/allergies every now and then but no flu- no C-19.

Keep sharing end run alternatives. We will win.

Agree! We are doing all or most of the supplements listed here. We basically follow the FLCCC prevention protocol.

My dr recommended NAC in the summer of 2020 and I stock up when I can find it. I rotate it in and out but I feel like the other supplements work just as well. They say NAC was removed because it was being promoted as a hangover cure, rather than due to Covid, but the timing is suspect.

I picked some black cumin seed oil up from Whole Foods and starting taking it shortly after getting Omicron a few weeks ago , per a recommendation on here. Mixed that with a few other flu meds and immune boosters. I only had 1 evening of chills and mild sickness. The lingering 4 day post Covid headache was worse than the actual illness. I have asthma which never became an issue.
And, I’m nonvaxxed for what it’s worth.
