That’s the idea…
SARS and MERS were both coronaviruses. Other than influenza, coronaviruses were always the best bet to cause the next pandemic.
If this document isn’t fake (a big if - as others have mentioned it isn’t even particularly well-written), they would have been attempting to PREVENT future coronavirus pandemics by vaccinating bats in caves with an aerosolized vaccine.
