hank wants to pin everything on something even more elusive - higher brain activity because ( ) that's what separates humans from animals. higher brain activity (he likes to sound sophisticated and use the term sapience which is even more vague) is a moving target, subjective and hank gives absolutely no reason why this should be the deciding factor other than you just have to take his word for it. now that i've narrowed him down on that, he's been scarce around here and definitely hasn't shown up in the other thread.
I honestly cannot decide if you are a troll or simply an idiot. I lean toward the latter. Either way, I decided not to waste further time on you.

Literally 100% of arguments that say the baby CAN be aborted at some point have the same challenge that literally 100% of them cannot overcome.
If one argues "you can kill it on X day or when it meets X criterion", one still has to deal with what precise microsecond did this magic transition take place?
It would literally be different for ever pregnancy.
The bottom line remains. EVERYONE agrees that you can't kill it 5 minutes from popping out(well, I used to think everyone agreed on this.........but liberals are starting to prove me wrong).
Thus, since all but the worst nutjobs agree on this, and babies do NOT develop in "steps", we have a "magic moment" problem.

frick off, Hank. Your need to be seen as board sage is stupid. Just piss the hell off and try your stupid shite in real life.
