Have you ever had a thought that wasn't a partisan cliche slogan totally devoid of meaning?

That parents are responsible for their own children and everyone should get to keep more of what they make? It’s not the “rich guy’s” responsibility to take of the other guy’s children.

People should not procreate if they need to rely on the government to care for them.

eah it’s the governments job to give to rich so that they have extra penny or two to put into the Salvation Army kettle this Christmas.

Not taking more from the rich, or anyone for that matter, is not the same is giving to that same someone.

I just hate to be the one to break it to you but here it goes. There have been rich throughout human history. Not always monetarily. The people that have it, deservingly or not, do not care about the problems of lessers (this is of course a generalization). Neither do the less affluent give a damn about the rich. It’s human nature. Reasoning changes, for the most part, based upon the current situation you find yourself in. If you have plenty you want to keep it, if not you want more of it. These are basic human motivations. If you can’t get your dumb mind wrapped around that I pitty you. Quit your whining and get your arse to work if you want more. If not quit bitching like a little kid about the people that have more than you. It’s a waste of your valuable time. You only have so much of it my man. Better get to enjoying it, regardless of your or anyone else’s station in life.

They are including that funding in the government budget spending debate that’s coming up in a few weeks. They have time before the funding for this runs our (I believe Feb?)

This is something that has bipartisan support so it will get passed, it’s just not needed to be dealt with immediately in the tax bill

Liberals need to stop being so damn dramatic about nothing, how do they not realize that the boy who cried wolf routine with Trump/anything the GOP does gives them no credibility?

ETA: yep, it’s right there in the fricking article like Adam pointed out

Jesus wasn't a political figure. He taught people to help others out of charity, from the heart.

Wonder what Jesus would think about the gop letting children lose health insurance so that the rich can get a tax break?
