People want to think that this kind of stuff is an aberration, and, right now, maybe it is. However, I observe things closely, and, from what I can see, this sort of thing will be happening more and more.

Why? Because we are in the midst of a Leftist Revolution, IMHO. There will be show trials, casualties, purges and exiles. Every Leftist Revolution includes these things.

I've talked before about "New Law", which is an opinion of mine that political status of an individual will decide a "case" rather than Due Process of Law or other old fashioned notions of "fairness". The matter will turn on whether the individual is a constituent of the Revolution, not on Due Process.

As the years unfold, observe with me, and, decide for yourselves.

Due Process and Rule of Law will be sacrificed on the altar of Woke Progressive politics . . . and you will worship the new gods, or else.

PS The US Dept of Justice could prosecute this case. Let's see whether that happens. Both the local prosecutor and the federal prosecutor could prosecute the case. This is not "double jeopardy". Let's see whether the USA stands up and does the right thing . . . or the Woke thing.

If true who actually committed the crime? I would be threatening a clerk with a handgun broke the law. Then when restrained the accomplice shoots the man that negated the crime…..
