No he didn't.

Actually he said that people who destroyed federal property should get 10 years.

I would link something but ten seconds on Google would affirm what he said.

I mean... he honestly said this. Its not like there is a big debate. He said if you did this you should get 10 years.

Prison reform was for rapists and murderers. These terrorists milled around the rotunda and took pictures.

PICTURES!!!!!

Taking pictures of all the things they destroyed or stole or calling for the vice president to come out so they can kill him, or killing a guard instead. These are clearly Trumps finest followers. I kid, but they probably are.

It is the policy of the United States to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted under Federal law, and as appropriate, any person or any entity that destroys, damages, vandalizes, or desecrates a monument, memorial, or statue within the United States or otherwise vandalizes government property. The desire of the Congress to protect Federal property is clearly reflected in section 1361 of title 18, United States Code, which authorizes a penalty of up to 10 years’ imprisonment for the willful injury of Federal property.

Some of these yahoos will be charged with attempted kidnapping. Can’t remember what that is, but it’s damned serious.

That’s Trumps order. Somehow I feel Biden will leave it in place.
