So his full title is Prince Consort, and Elizabeth is Queen Regnant. Consort is a title denoting the spouse of the head of state, the Regnant.
Since “King” is considered to be the highest level of monarch, they don’t attach the secondary title “Consort” to it. Because if he was King Consort, King ranks higher than Queen.
So the title given in Prince Consort. If the roles were reversed, and he was King Regnant, then his wife would be Queen Consort.

I really hope Her Majesty can overcome the broken heart she will get from this and live long enough to break the record for longest reigning monarch ever in world history.
But a broken heart is pretty intense and takes real strength to overcome because from what I've seen, the old girl really loved her some Phillip.

The "Greek Royal Family" doesn't have any Greek blood in them - they are mostly Danes and were sent packing in 1967.
Phillip was born in Greece but never set foot there again after his family was forced out in 1922.

Correct.
A reigning Queen knows no King.
A King Consort would be an absurd contradiction of the Queen Regnant's role.
