Remittances are just money sent from private individuals here to people in other countries. Like you wiring $500 to your cousin in Ireland.

Just to clarify, it is foreign aid that I oppose.
As Ron Paul indicates, foreign aid is a massive wealth redistribution scheme that takes money from taxpayers in this country to further enrich the politically connected in poor countries.

I think he was very clear that it would not be a war; it would be a decapitation. Remove the fake leader, Maduro, who clearly lost the last election. That would be the will of the Venezuelan people. No war, and no nation building.
