I think the biggest thing so far that would suggest no major damage to US personnel has happened is the simple fact we haven't launched a counterattack. All of this noise about consulates being hit and US troops being killed screams false

Do you honestly think Iran would have access to the damage they did inside the bases they just hit? Use your brain.
And if there are U.S. casualties, they will inform the families of the fallen before reporting the information to the news outlets.
