They just said that Mamdami is not allowing the ball to drop in Times Square to celebrate the 4th of July this year. I didn't even know they did that, but apparently it was a tradition before this year.

I was hoping he wasn't going to just make this into another one of his rally speeches, and I was pleasantly surprised. Talked for 30 minutes about American history and greatness, with a few current accomplishments and anti-communism thrown in.
