There are many many images of the terrorist’s hands showing MS-13 symbols . Only a truly mental deficient would deny the obvious at this point. But as long as the DemCommie media has an audience packed with mental deficient lemmings they’ll keep repeating the lie. After all, it’s a proven KGB tactic they’ve latched onto!

The reporter agreed with that. What he disagreed with was Trump’s assertion that “MS13” was literally tattooed on the guy’s fingers.

That’s such a vitally important distinction. We can all be grateful this guy had the courage and fortitude to crack this crucial issue.

To whom? The reporter kept agreeing to disagree, saying, “Let’s move on.” Trump would not let it rest. It was much more important to Trump than to you and the reporter.
Trump is dead wrong here - wrong on the facts; and wrong by your own criteria that it is not an important distinction. Trying to exculpate Trump on this unimportant error is a symptom of rank partisanship and is cultish.

All you can do is play dumb and wait for your opponent to make a technical mistake, then frame the conversation on that single detail.

Yep. He is also a man, a human, a Latino, a wife beater, an El Salvadoran; we can list all kinds of things he is and that have nothing to do with this contention. The reporter did not deny he was a gang member. The reporter conceded that he has tattoos that could signify gang membership. That’s not the issue.
The issue is whether or not that particular man had “MS13” tattooed on his hand. The reporter says no, and Trump says yes. The reporter was perfectly willing to let it go at that; Trump was not. It is Trump who placed an outsized importance on the possible presence of the “MS13” tattoo. He was wrong to place that importance. As you pointed out, the guy is, or was, an MS13 member. And BTW, who cares? If we think he might be that’s plenty of reason to kick him out of a country of which he is a guest.
In the larger issue of should the man have been deported, Trump is correct. On the issue of the literal “MS13” tattoo Trump is wrong. Now, don’t be surprised if the guy has “MS13 tattooed on his hand a few weeks from now.
