That's the disease in this country - it isn't racism, hatred, liberalism, hyper-religiosity, immigration, atheism, bigotry, or rampant drug usage. The disease is lack of accountability and sense of responsibility. Fix that and you fix a lot of other things...and it starts at the fricking top. If we can't expect our leaders to do it, how can we expect anyone else to do the same?
