Show me where he's saying that. He's saying that there is an open question as to whether or not the types of injunctions that are being ordered will withstand Constitutional scrutiny. Until that matter is decided, he has the authority under our Constitution to challenge them.

He's an incompetent buffoon and regardless of whether you agree with his positions (for the record I do agree with them) he's incompetent and his democrat roots ensure he's only going to do what is best for #1, ie him. The only people to vote for him are retards. He has never indicated he's capable of doing any of the shite he says he's for. and he proved he can't accomplish it from 2017-2021.
