More than 99% of people with government jobs are net tax takers and they vote for the people that give them more free money in overwhelming numbers.

Lots of people don't understand this distinction. When we talk about the top 5% (or whatever) paying so much of federal income taxes received, we're not talking about Bezos, Gates, Zuckerberg, etc.

I hate this type of garbage. It's such a "nigerian prince" type scam. If they are the 1 percent.. Then a decent portion of the other 99 percent are going to be like.. YEAH. They SHOULD pay their fair share.
When they already support and drive economies that probably rival most countries on their own. All of those employees pay taxes. and so do the corporations. what ole joe should really say (if he wants to be sincere) is "we're going to force America's flagship companies out of American because..... I dunno.. seems cool."
But not many people look at what is actually being said..
