I've had exactly 1 boss in my 55years of life that made jokes about it and I told him I was there for work and it was over. None of my other jobs made a big deal out of it because I don't make a deal out of it. They also know I don't believe in gay pride month and I think transgenders are mentally ill so people know not to ask me to join or support any groups like that. I agree with your lesbian co-worker I don't want to be bothered about it.
