No. Context. With our border being harder to send drugs, its possible they channeled more drugs via VZ pipelines. Not saying it as fact but speculation. The money druggers make is so high that additional cost would be worth it. They will do anything to sell their drugs. Thats all I meant.

They did say Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, who had been convicted of drug trafficking charges, was pardoned by POTUS Trump because he is an incredible singer.
