You are aware men from this country volunteer to go fight them right?

You mean the ones from "little Mogadishu" in Minneapolis, MN that have gone "home" to somalia to fight for boko haram? Yeah Im aware of them, whats your point?

There are thousands of legitimate refugee status somalians, making millions off our social programs while spreading discontent. Why shouldnt they be allowed to practice their form of terrorism in the US?

Interesting point GR. I have a friend who is a lobbyist for big pharma. He said back in the day we used to give the bucks to those who would support us. Now he said we give bucks to those who support us.....and everyone else to just not vote against us. Literally pay blackmail money to keep a politician from drumming up some bill to screw them unless they get paid.

Look up some of the congressmen, I was looking at Paul Ryans donor list before he left, sure the Wisconson cheese foundation, I get that, but there were several companies/industries he had never supported that were giving him money, no doubt so he did not bring them into the light as some "nasty" pill pusher or gun wielding organization.

I laughed at the thread on congressmen net worth. You dont need personal wealth when you wield their power. Foundations, donors, political campaign funds, you can live a life costing millions and never spend a dime of your own money.

I hate how American politics is just people yelling at each other to apologize.

I hate that people keep electing the type of officials that are constantly doing things that are apology worthy.

I am genuinely shocked that BMY, the biggest racist/Anti-Semite on the board hasn't posted at least 50 times on this thread, tearing down those Joooooos.....

He must be in Mommy's basement playing Smash Brothers with his fellow Anti-figs....

If we were allowed to speak the "truth", this woman would never be allowed to run for office in this country because we would have identified her stone-age religion as a terrorist threat a long time ago and deported this incestuous beotch to some zhithole in the Middle East.

When it's a legit anti semitic racist like omar, you bet your arse it is.

There's no question she'd be right there flipping the switch on the oven on da joooos if she could.

Look, I hold no delusions that Israel is the perfect ally as the diplomatic relationship we have with them leaves a lot to be desired as they do sometimes act against our own interests but when it comes to a region that's as anti-western and unstable as the mideast is, complaining about Israel is just small potatoes.

the United States has national interests, allies in Europe and the mideast and responsibilities as the leading superpower of western civilization against geopolitical foes in Russia, China and yes even Iran.

The United States has a responsibility to secure the liberties of its citizens guaranteed by the Constitution. That's it. War is the health of the state. It allows governments to do things it could never do in times of peace. War is the vehicle to strip citizens of rights and liberties. I'm sorry, but our national interest isn't worth an American life, especially when the people in Washington DC, NYC and Silicon Valley are the one's who determine what that interest is.

If this were the majority view in DC, the United States would be on the fastest way possible to being overtaken by China and Russia and international standards and norms would be set by them, not the standard bearers of western civilization. Beijing and Moscow are forming one hell of an axis against us right now and it needs to be responded to as best and strongly as we can.

I understand the sentimentality of this line of thought but this was for a time when the United States was mainly an agrarian country with a few industrialized population centers.

We abandoned that view when we sought to become the most powerful country in the world during the first half of the 20th century and going back to that would have catastrophic if not civilization altering for the worse consequences.

There's no putting the toothpaste back into that tube with the globalized economy we live in today.

Just a reminder it was a Jewish Lawyer, Samuel Untermyer, that blackmailed Woodrow Wilson into nominating the first Jewish Justice, Louis Dembitz Brandeis, to the SCOTUS. Samuel Untermyer later used that same leverage over Wilson to get the Federal Reserve Act passed.

We all know you can get in trouble for humor about blacks. But you can also get in trouble for humor about Jews. This guy on Voat yesterday claimed he was the first person ever banned on the internet.
Claimed it was 1991 on an AOL chat room. I didn't even know they had chat rooms in 1991. Anyway, it was open discussion...politics, sports, humor, whatever.

He told this joke:
'What did Hitler say when Mussolini walked into his office?

'If I'd known you were coming I'd have baked a Kike.'

He got a lifetime ban. Seems kinda harsh.

IDK about that but I do know that reddit does not like any negative comments about Jews, Israel, socialism, etc. Ive been banned from many subs on reddit for comments that were softball league comments.

"Controversial views"
"Sparking debate"

That's the second time I've seen the "sparks debate" line used about her this morning
