The big question is how does Biden’s poll numbers impact the Senate. Can the GOP capture both House & Senate and effectively end this abhorrent administration?

This is the problem. Unfortunately, American voters are dumb. And they will still vote in Democrats in states like GA and PA not understanding that's its a Democrat problem, not a Biden problem.
