Few believe you.
You work in an industry that has proven unreliable at best, crooked at worst. The medical industry rivals teachers unions in self-inflicted damage over the last two years, and are now on par with used car lots and coyotes in professional status.

I’m not arguing HLH is a “meaningfully prevalent side effect.” But for this guy, it might be meaningfully prevalent.
This is a question of informed consent and moral hazard. And the FDA has closed its eyes while Pfizer has opened its hand.
The burden of risk has shifted to the populace with no real recourse when something goes wrong. And the CDC doesn’t care if there’s a few dozen/hundred deaths from the vaccine. So they’ll continue to lie by omission.
It’s the opposite of the way our medical system should operate.

It's a sad story, but if the vaccines really worked, they'd still be good. The thing is, they don't work. Too many people have gotten sick despite being vaccinated. That's why a full year after vaccines went live, we're still dealing with this covid bullshite.
The Spanish Flu persisted for two years, and deaths spiked in the second year. Meanwhile, there was no vaccine for it. It simply burned through the population.
What we've done is prolong Covid-19 with a half-arse vaccine, and expose many healthy people to adverse reactions as some sort global scale medical trial. (Paid for by taxpayers.)
When it's all said and done, we sacrificed a lot of young healthy people over a bad cold.

1. Would your bosses publicly report that your rooms were filled with such patients?
2. Perhaps some who died from the jab never were admitted to a hospital.
3. Wait and see. But to do the latter, you'll have to keep your eyes open.
