Isn't it quite the coincidence that both Kansas and Pennsylvania are in the Super Bowl this year and we have two crashes days apart originating from those states.

That is pretty wild that a plane goes down with the tail number XAUCI

"Mexican Girl"....That's what I figured. Only reason they would be using a Mexican Medical Jet if they were not a American Citizen with Insurance
Wait, you think your good old American health insurance covers a medjet?
Buddy, unless you buy an air ambulance policy, you aren't getting transported by airplane. That is for rich people who don't want to be incapacitated away from home.

My guesses:
1. Spatial Disorientation- Pilots enter the soup and lose instrumentation or get sideways fast.
2. Flight control surface failure- Elevator cable snaps for whatever reason
3. Sudden pilot incapacitation
Whatever it was, it happened quick

That's so crazy to picture. That's like something out of the movies
Because it's not possible. The medical o2 cylinders are small with integrated flowmeters built it. It's not a welding shop...it's an ambulance. Ffs

Yes. Every Insurance plan I had for 20 years from my employer has covered it as do most corporate plans available for their employees.

Some high level plans cover it domestically but certainly not internationally, unless you are flying for work.

These are not high level plans. Regular HMO plans from all hospitals I worked for 20 years cover it if Medically Necessary or a Emergency Situation

I am not talking about internationally

Yeah that didn't look like he made it much longer than that video. Probably had to get away from where he was hit just surviving.

it’s rarely medically necessary to med flight someone domestically on a fixed wing aircraft. In fact I’d go so far as to say it’s never medically necessary. You may be thinking of helicopter air evacuation.

They say it when they wipe their arse. Which is less often

Correct. But it's covered through every HMO or PPO plan offered through every Hospital I worked at for 20 years in case of the super rare instance you need it.

Next time you are around Cleveland Lakefront airport, take a look inside the hangar. You can't keep a fleet like that in the air for very long if they aren't making money. I'm not if sure that's all their aircraft. There may be more.
