The bigger concern with DeSantis IMO (and everyone in OP's list for that matter) is that he/they add absolutely zero voters to the ticket.

I have never heard of anyone voting for the president based on who their VP is going to be.

I think Zion's too young, though, but I guess he's not really otherwise busy.

Zion would break his wrist at the first bill signing.

but better than the crowd he has gathered at the Doral Country Club. He attracts quacks. If they say good things about him he does not care what else they say and do.

Kari would have me thinking of Sarah Palin 2.0, except that she hasn’t been officially elected to to any elected office despite potentially receiving more votes than her opponent and being in the news business before getting into politics. And the media would use any misstep against her unlike the vice kackler we have now.

Can think of many women VPs that will put Kamala Harris to shame!

Kari Lake, Kristi Noem, Elise Stefanik, Marjorie Taylor Green, etc... but would love to see Trump run with Tucker Carlson! That would be rich!

Those who worship, no, let's say idolize Trump are as likely to forgive any of his transgressions in the same way the deep state, alphabet agencies, media and half the population will give ole Biden a pass on his influence peddling and pocket stuffing.

I chose my analogy pretty carefully. I didn’t say he was worshipped or idolized. I said there are people who treat the things he say as infallible. Just like you were kind of intimating in your post.

I like A.

But I have a feeling Pompeo might get the nod.

But you can make a decent case he should put a female on the ticket. Both for the "what is a woman" era and because he's got a problem with suburban women.

My educated SIL told me she voted for Palin and Harris because they are women. She didn’t care who the president was on the ticket.

RFK JR is my choice. As a Democrat, and remaining a registered Democrat.

That would be a game changer as it would flip the narrative from OMB to “we’re teaming up to fix the system and clean up this mess”. If they were to come up with a concise message and ground rules as to how to work together it would be a slam dunk. Only option that’s a guaranteed win IMO.

Second would be Flynn as he could single handedly take on the intel, military and Fed LE apparatus. Also the melt would be glorious and he delivers fantastic speeches.

Trump's running mate

How about ¡Jeb!

Adds gravitas, as well as executive experience, to the ticket.
