So the total drop in mail in ballots dropped by about 22 million from 2020 to 2024. You see Georgia alone dropped by 1 million ballots. There is your difference. Less mail in ballots less frickery going on.

Nothing in the states that mattered
Are you talking nationally? I addressed that specifically in the post to which you replied:

Democrat vote changes in those heavily DEM states accounts for 3.7M difference in the Biden-Harris vote totals. That is the majority of the difference in 2020 Biden and 2024 Kamala in terms of total votes. The areas least likely to be fraudulent in 2020 were the ones that killed her total vote total in 2024.
*ETA: Those are only 11 states and I picked very blue ones. If you include larger, super-red states it explains a lot of the rest. Texas had a 400k swing. Florida had an almost 600k swing. Combined that's another 1M lost and we're up to 4.7M.

Possibly, but there are 2 issues
1. That wasn't "fraud". It's been a pivot-cope for those who realize the evidence of "The steal" isn't there, admittedly, but it's a major shift.
2. The 2024 data shows that even when MIV decreases, the heavily-contested areas will still show up and vote. Again, Kamala got more votes than Joe Biden in GA. If the MIV theory was true, you'd expect the opposite, because 2020 would clearly have more questionable DEM votes, correct? How did Kamala get more votes in GA in 2024 without the MIV advantage?
